Every board meeting the Secretary takes note of every topic that is brought up and keeps record of all conversations on the topic. Those minutes are then shared for everyone to see!
Every month, the Treasurer takes note of all money that came in and out of the club. This report is then shared with the board to check for any inconsistencies. We then share this report with the rest of the club.
During our league events, we keep track of player scores so we can create our own rating system. This system is used for our Handicap leagues to make play more fair for all players.
