Who's Selling Discs?

June 17, 2007

This section contains some opinions of the site administrator and is not meant to be an advertisement for any particular place of business. That being said if you are looking for discs in town you have a few options, but invariably one place will likley come through more often for you than others.

Places to Purchase

  1. Alamo II - They have proven time and again to be the biggest advocate in town for disc golfing. Always willing to promote the game by placing disc league flyers in store and also providing discs for league CTP winners. They have been an excellent sponsor and carry the widest range of Innova Discs in town as well as disc bags. Prices are the lowest we've seen. (DX, Pro, Champion, Star plastics as well as Tie-Dies)
  2. Wild Country - We have just been notified that Wild Country has an order of Innova discs in with plans to carry Discraft and maybe Gateway products.
  3. Campus Town - I've not purchased from this location, but hear they do have a selection of discs.
  4. Dick's - A standard selection of Innova Discs in DX and Champion with a couple of lighter starter packs for new throwers.
  5. M.C. Sports - A small selection of Innova Discs also.
  6. Other Players - If you play in any of the leagues you can pick up cheap discs from several players. Several players go to many tournaments and have bins full of extra discs they are willing to part with for a price. This is often a good opportunity to get the low down on new discs and how they throw. Ask around and you will likely be pointed to someone with a lot of plastic. You can now also check out the forum and see if anyone has posted a list of what discs they have available for trade or sale. BNDISC Forum
